What's your Fees Structure?
We charge fees based on our forms and/or the documents that we have to enter in our software to process your tax return. Base fees with a state tax return start at $250.00. We have a Price List of all our popular forms available.

Can we process taxes for those outside the State of NY or those overseas?
Yes, you can securely send us your tax documents encrypted online or by Fed-Ex,
UPS or Fed-Ex to our offices at Immediate Tax Solutions; 1563 Nostrand Ave, Brooklyn NY 11226 or United States Post Office Priority Express mail to our Mailbox: PO Box 260319, Brooklyn NY 11226. Do not send US Mail to office.
You may also use our mobile app Taxes To Go to upload your tax documents and info to my computer in my office.

Do we offer Refund Anticipation Loans?
Refund Advance Loans is an optional tax-refund related loan provided by Civista Bank, N.A., member FDIC (it is not the actual tax refund) and is available at participating locations. The amount of the loan and applicable interest will be deducted from tax refunds and reduce the amount that is paid directly to the taxpayer from the refund. Fees for other optional products or product features may apply and will be disclosed at the time of application. Tax returns may be filed electronically without applying for this loan. Loans are offered in amounts from $500-$7,000 and are offered both pre–IRS acknowledgment of the tax return and post-IRS acknowledgment of the tax return. loans $1250 - $7000 has an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 35.99%. For example, for a loan of $2,000 with a repayment period of 30 days, the total amount payable in a single payment is $2,059.16 including principal and interest. Loans subject to the Military Lending Act have a lower rate. Not all consumers will qualify for a loan or for the maximum loan amount. Offer and terms subject to change at any time without prior notice. You can pay your prep fees up front and get your refund in the same timeframe.
